Below are 3 of the Award winning projects that we were involved in; Silver How, The Chickenshed and Romilly Quarter.

Silver How, Monmouthshire

  • Longlisted in Riba's House of the Year awards 2019
  • Welsh Architecture Award 2019 
  • RSAW Project Architect of the Year Award 2019
The house in Llanhennock, named Silver How, was designed by Chepstow-based Hall + Bednarczyk Architects for Emma and Dave Powell. Blink Installations helped with the build.

Featured on Grand Designs November 2019.

The RIBA’s citation read: "Silver How is built to a budget that appears modest in the light of the resulting building, which has been achieved thanks to the meticulous attention to detail invested by the architects."

The Chickenshed, Monmouth

  • Awards RSAW Welsh Architecture Award 2017 
  • RSAW Small Project of the Year 2017 
A former Poultry barn has been substantially re-constructed with some original elements retained to form holiday accommodation. While the building follows the form and footprint of the original building the structure and envelope has been designed to accommodate its use as a holiday home.

Romilly Quarter, Barry

  •  2016 RICS Awards Winner - Best UK Residential Development
The glorious Grade II Listed Victorian Methodist Church and the original Sunday School Hall next door have been converted into 11 luxurious and spacious historic houses. The Sunday School Hall was built in 1889, and used as a chapel whilst the main church was built. The church opened in 1898. Both buildings were built by Thomas Walker who also built the nearby Barry docks.
